Rules Regarding Payment of Fee – Holy Heart School

Fee is charged from the beginning of the session, even if a student is admitted in the middle of the term.
Parents/guardians must keep fee receipts as proof of payment when required.
Fee is payable in advance on a quarterly basis (April, July, October, and January).

💰 Payment Schedule & Timings

📌 Fee Counter Timings:

  • Summer: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

  • Winter: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    📌 Fee is payable between the 1st and 30th of each quarter.

⏳ Late Fee Policy

  • After the 30th, a late fee of ₹20 will be charged for the first 10 days.

  • ₹40 late fee will be charged for the next 10 days and so on.

  • If the fee remains unpaid till the end of the quarter, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls.

  • Bus charges must be paid along with the tuition fee; otherwise, the same late fee policy applies.

📌 ❌ No Refund Policy: Fee once paid will not be refunded.
