📌 Leave Rules – Holy Heart School

1️⃣ Prior Permission:

• Leave must be applied in advance through a written application signed by parents/guardians.

2️⃣ Medical Leave:

• If a student is absent due to illness for more than 3 days, a medical certificate must be submitted.

3️⃣ Short Leave Policy:

• Students are not allowed to leave early unless there is an emergency and a written request is approved by the Principal.

4️⃣ Attendance Requirement:

• 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for exams.

• Long absences without prior approval may lead to name removal from the school rolls.

5️⃣ Rejoining After Long Leave:

• If a student is absent for 10 consecutive days without notice, re-admission will be required, subject to availability.
