Admission Guidelines – Holy Heart School

The Principal reserves the right to accept or refuse admission to any student seeking entry into the school.

1. Registration

Students who wish to take admission must register by submitting the prescribed Registration Form attached to the school prospectus.

2. Academic Assessment

• Students applying for classes other than Nursery must appear for an academic assessment test on the scheduled date and time notified by the Principal.

• Admission will be granted based on the student’s performance in the test.

• For Nursery admissions, a personal interaction with the child and parents will be conducted instead of an academic test.

3. Admission Process

Students who clear the academic assessment must submit a separate admission form along with the following documents within a week:

✔ Original Certificate of Good Conduct from the previous school.
✔ Three recent passport-size photographs.
✔ Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate (for Nursery to Class X) issued by the Registrar of Births.
✔ Original Detailed Marks Card & Board Certificate of Class X (for admission to Class XI).
✔ School Leaving Certificate issued by the previous institution.
